Mr Ribbons is an experienced accountant who has worked within the minerals and resources industry for 18 years in the capacities of company accountant, group financial controller or company secretary.

Mr Ribbons has extensive knowledge and experience with ASX-listed production and exploration companies. He has considerable site-based experience with operating mines and has also been involved with the listing of several exploration companies on the ASX.

Mr Ribbons brings to TNT Mines his extensive experience in capital raising, ASX and TSX compliance and regulatory requirements. He is also a director of Montezuma Mining Company Limited and Company Secretary of Minemakers.

Rod Wheatley B.Bus, CPA
Chief Financial Officer

Mr Rod was appointed as Chief Financial Officer on 1 August 2011. He is a senior accountant with experience in multiple aspects of oil and gas and resource accounting, including financial reporting at national and international level, implementation of accounting systems and procedures, management reporting and supervising of staff. He has had senior roles with:

• Hardman Resources Ltd (now Tullow Oil plc)
• Western Metals Ltd

Russell Fulton B.Sc (Geology), M.Econ.Geol, MAusIMM
Exploration Manager

Mr Fulton is a geologist with more than 20 years experience in the mining industry. He has been involved in field exploration for an extensive range of mineral commodities in varied geological settings as well as university-based research into mineral exploration. He has a wealth of experience in planning, implementation and management of exploration in remote and challenging environments including Tasmania, northern Australia and southeast Alaska. He has previously worked with Kennecott Greens Creek Mining, Lefroy Resources Limited, KUTh Exploration and is currently also the Geological Manager for Minemakers.
